We hope you love your order—but if not, here’s how to return it.

🛍️ Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Final Chance Sale items are FINAL SALE—they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  •  No Refund or Exchange: Your return will be refused, and you will not get your money back or an exchange for the item.

    • Item Handling: Cathys Place reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason, including the return of non-returnable items.

    • Customer Responsibility: By purchasing a final sale item, you agree to the terms that the sale is final.

    To avoid this situation in the future, it is recommended to:

    • Check the Policy: Always review the return policy, especially for clearance or sale items when shopping in store or online

📦 How to Return Regular Price items not SALE

  • Include your invoice inside the package.

  • Circle the items you're returning for faster processing.

  • Use a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking—we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

💵 Refund Info

  • Returns are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your package.

  • You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Timing of the refund posting may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping and return your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We will process exchanges if the item doesn't fit or if you would prefer to different item.

  • Please note that for exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping and for the shipping costs of your new items.

📌 Important Notes

  • All returns must be properly packaged—items should be neatly folded. Poorly packaged returns may be refused or incur a restocking fee.

  • Excessive returns may result in order limitations on future purchases.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy.

🌎 International Orders

  • We ship internationally, but free shipping and return labels are not included.

  • All return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for international delivery times or customs delays.

🏪 In-Store Returns

  • In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETRUNED ONLINE OR INSTORE 

  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains will not be eligible for a refund.
