Cathy's Place Online Return Policy 

    • We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, please send it back to us! Just make sure to follow our return policies 
    • FINAL CHANCE SALE ITEMS ARE NONREFUNDED AND NOT EXCHANGEABLE. WE AIM TO PROVIDE INCREDIBLE DEALS WITH OUR CLEARANCE SECTION AND RETURNS MAKE THAT HARDER TO DO SO :)
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping. 
    • You can return within 14 days of receiving your purchase
    • Please include your invoice in your return .
    • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of date received. If you ship back after the 14 days beyond the package arrival date. We will send it back to you. We feel 14 days is sufficient time to return your purchase if you're not happy. 
    • If you receive free shipping and return your items shipping will be deducted.
    • If an item does not fit return the item for a refund.
    • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If you return an item and want a different size go on the website and purchase the item again. We request due to a high website volume that you do not write handwritten notes. Our shipping department handles hundreds of packages a day. They do not see these notes. Please return and buy the item again.
    • On your return please circle items returned . We will refund on the spot. We email you a refund. Please contact your form of payment as in some instances refunds are credited by a billing cycle. We email proof proof of return on the spot.
    • Item(s) must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags attached.
    • Item(s) returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or product stains will be returned to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply. 
    • Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
    • For mailed in returns, we suggest you use a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) and have a tracking number.
    • We are not responsible for items lost while in-transit to us.
    • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reasons that do not align with our policy
  • We reserve the right to refuse your return or add a restock fee if the return is not packaged in acceptable condition. We request that you take the time to package the clothing (folded and neatly placed)  We request that you  take care if using the original packaging . If possible do not reuse original packing as it has already traveled one way. .
  • Ladies we also reserve the right to limit website purchases if you have a excessive return history.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE READ: We now ship outside the  U.S.A.  Free shipping unfortunately  is not included. Return shipping labels are not included. If you wish to return this is your responsibility . We are also not responsible for how long it takes to arrive to you. Remember this is out of the country. We can't control this on  our end. We will ship in a timely manner.
  • STORE POLICY: PLEASE READ: We are open seven days a week. our store policy is 7 DAYS. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT.
