Cathy’s Place Return Policy

We hope you love your order—but if not, here’s how to return it.

🛍️ Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Final Chance Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Holiday Collection merchandise is not eligible for refunds. These items may only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within the same Holiday Collection, subject to availability.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other stains or odors is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Final Chance Sale Items

Final Chance Sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • No Refund or Exchange: Your return will be refused, and no refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Item Handling: Cathy’s Place reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason, including the return of non-returnable merchandise.
  • Customer Responsibility: By purchasing a Final Chance Sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final.

To avoid disappointment, please review our return policy before purchasing clearance or sale merchandise.


🎆 Holiday Collection Policy

Items designated as part of a Holiday Collection (including but not limited to Fourth of July, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other seasonal collections) are not eligible for refunds.

If your Holiday Collection item does not fit or you would prefer a different style or size, it may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for another available item from the same Holiday Collection.

Holiday Collection exchanges are subject to product availability. Once the holiday season has passed or inventory has sold out, exchanges may not be possible.


📦 How to Return Regular Price Merchandise

  • Include your invoice inside the package.
  • Circle the items you’re returning for faster processing.
  • Use a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) with tracking. Cathy’s Place is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

💵 Refund Information

  • Returns are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your package.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation by email. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned for a refund, the original shipping cost incurred by Cathy’s Place will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges if an item doesn’t fit or if you would prefer a different item.

For exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Customers are also responsible for shipping charges for the replacement item.
  • Holiday Collection merchandise may only be exchanged for another item within the same Holiday Collection.

📌 Important Notes

  • All returned merchandise must be neatly folded and properly packaged. Poorly packaged returns may be refused or may incur a restocking fee.
  • Excessive or abusive return activity may result in future purchase restrictions or refusal of returns.
  • Cathy’s Place reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

🌎 International Orders

  • We proudly ship internationally.
  • Free shipping and return labels are not available for international orders.
  • Customers are responsible for all international return shipping costs.
  • Cathy’s Place is not responsible for customs delays or international delivery times.

🏪 In-Store Returns

  • In-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Sale items and Final Chance items cannot be returned.
  • Holiday Collection merchandise is not eligible for refunds and may only be exchanged for another item within the same Holiday Collection.
  • Merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other stains or odors will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
